Phoscrete's Family of Products
Phoscrete works where others can't in difficult installations such as bridge joints, vertical spalls, and when fast turnaround time is critical.
All Phoscrete formulations chemically bond to host concrete, naturally dissolve rusted rebar surfaces and inhibit future corrosion.
Phoscrete is simple to mix, place, and finish using standard concrete tools that clean up easily with water.
Phoscrete Four Seasons
The go-to concrete repair material for horizontal and form-and-pour permanent repairs, Phoscrete Four-Seasons works in all temperatures. Instead of water, Phoscrete formulations mix with a Liquid Activator (freezing point -20°F) Using Phoscrete Fast-Set Admix, Phoscrete can be used in just about any climate.
Phoscrete VO-Plus
Because its tenacious chemical bond seems to defy gravity, Vertical, and Overhead repairs are now easy with Phoscrete VO-Plus. Phoscrete is simple to hand-pack, trowel, and finish. VO-Plus also works well on Horizontal repairs.
Phoscrete Shot-Gun
Shotcrete/Gunite is rapidly gaining acceptance as the method of choice for bridge pier, column and beam repairs. No sandblasting is required. Phoscrete Shot-Gun is fast, with low rebound, does not crack, and can even be used in temperatures below freezing.
Phoscrete Liquid Activator
Phoscrete Liquid Activator is one of the two components in the Phoscrete Binder System™. Because no water is used in the easy and accurate mixing process, Phoscrete is consistent from batch-to-batch. The same volume jugs of Liquid Activator are used with both Phoscrete Four-Seasons and Phoscrete VO-Plus.
Phoscrete Fast-Set Admix
When the temperature dips, add one or two doses of Phoscrete Fast-Set Admix to Four-Seasons to quicken the set time. Use one packet of Fast-Set Admix from 35°F up to 60°F. Use two packets of Fast-Set Admix from -5°F to 35°F.
Phoscrete Urethane Mixing Auger
The corkscrew design of the patent-pending Phoscrete Urethane Mixing Auger makes thorough mixing of Phoscrete fast and easy. Because Phoscrete does not bond to plastic, minimal cleanup is required between mixes and at the end of the job, rinse in water and wipe down the long-lasting blades.
