Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of purchase Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm
For parcels, we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx
For pallets, we use LTL and FTL trucking companies.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Free ground shipping is included on all full pallet customer orders in the Continental US. All other orders are subject to additional freight charges based on weight and location. Customer is responsible to cover freight cost on all less than full pallet quantity orders. A Phoscrete representative will contact you with pricing information prior to shipment and you have the option to cancel the order if you are not 100% satisfied.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item
Phoscrete’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to shipping, or the shipment will not be accepted and the refund will not be processed.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or other extenuating circumstances.
Email email@example.com to request a refund (less inbound shipping cost) and we will assign you an RMA# with shipping instructions. Please provide your order number and contact information in the email. You are responsible for return shipping cost including insurance until the product is received by us.
